How we work together, what you pay and when, and what stays yours. The short version is here. The full onboarding checklist is yours on request.
Five steps. You see the design before we build it.
Free call and quote
One hour. Tell us what you sell, who buys it and what you want more of. We suggest a package and send your free quote with the exact price.
First meeting
You accept the quote and we sign a simple agreement. You set up your own accounts and buy your domain in your name. You pay $200 for your mockup.
Mockup you approve
You see the design on a computer and a phone. Your build fee includes 3 rounds of changes; after that, $200 a round.
Build and launch
We build it, connect your phone and email, and test every form and button. Then it goes live, and its code moves into your own GitHub account.
We keep it running
On Plus and up: updates, fixes, small edits and your monthly report. Basic: no monthly fee, free changes for 14 days after launch, then $200 per change; anything we built wrong is always fixed free. Optional Basic Care: $100 a month.
Paid in steps, as the work gets done.
Your build fee is split into three payments. On Plus and up, the monthly fee only starts once your site is live.
Pays for your mockup and counts toward your build fee. The mockup is yours to keep. Not refundable, except under our late-launch promise. Your call and quote are free.
Half of what's left of your build fee. Building begins.
The final part of your build fee. Your site goes live.
Plus and up only, charged automatically from launch day. Basic has no monthly fee unless you add Basic Care ($100, month-to-month). Plus and up: cancel in the first 30 days after launch with nothing more to pay (the first month is not refunded), then a 6-month minimum, because search work takes months to show results.
Example — Basic (from $1,200* build): $200 for the mockup, $500* when building begins, $500* at launch. No monthly fee.
Starting prices, then an exact quote.
Our listed prices cover the work shown in each package. Your quote may be higher if your project needs:
- More pages than the package includes
- Custom design beyond our standard layouts, such as illustration or animation
- Extra features, such as an online store, member logins or connections to other software
- Writing or photos we create for you, or a lot of content moved from an old site
- A business type with extra rules, such as health care, legal or food service
- A rush deadline
Your price is locked. Your quote lists exactly what's included. Once you accept it, that price is locked for the work described. Anything you add later gets its own quote before we start. Monthly fees don't go up during your 6-month minimum; after that, we give 60 days' notice and you can cancel without penalty.

Your domain. Your name. Your card.
You pay for your domain directly, so it's registered to you from day one. We work in your accounts as an invited helper, and you can remove us any time. No hostage-taking: once your build is paid, leave whenever you like and take your site with you, code and all.
Paid to Cloudflare, by you
Your web address (like yourbusiness.ca) is bought on your own card, at Cloudflare's at-cost price. It renews yearly.
Usually free
Your site runs on Cloudflare's free plan, which covers a normal small-business website.
Custom-built, in your own GitHub
No rented website builder and no monthly builder bill. On launch day, your site's code moves into your own free GitHub account.
We never see it
Card details go straight to the payment company. We never see or store them.
You take it all, once your build is paid
Your domain, your accounts and your site's code are already yours. We remove our access within 7 days.

Google and AI tools keep changing what they show. The monthly fee pays for steady work to keep you showing up.
Show up on Google
SEO means showing up higher on Google. Google Business Profile, pages for your services and the areas you serve, review requests and a monthly ranking report.
Get ready for AI search
GEO means helping AI tools like ChatGPT find and trust you. Strong local listings, real reviews, mentions on other local sites and clear pages, plus a monthly report and analytics on what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI say about you.
Months, not days
Google itself says SEO usually takes 4 months to a year. GEO is a new field still being studied: it grows alongside your SEO, and we don't guarantee AI tools will name you. Nobody can promise first place. We promise the work and a monthly report.
